If you own an Android smartphone, you can use the ‘free app BlackList, a real blacklist that automatically hangs up the phone when you receive calls from unwanted senders. Downloadable free of charge from Google Play Store the app will solve all your problems. When the contact will always call the line is busy, your smartphone will not sound, but you can view the missed call.
To use the app you must download and install it, then click on Add and enter the number to be blocked using the list of recent calls (Call Logs), using the address book contacts (From Contacts) or by placing it manually (Manually). In a second step you will also unlock the numbers included in the list simply depennandoli and clicking Delete.
You can also set Blacklist so that indiscriminately block all calls, allow only those included in a whitelist or be momentarily turned off: just start the application and press on one of the four buttons on the home screen of the latter.
On the iPhone instead there is no functionality pre-installed or an official application in the iTunes App Store.
